2006 Solara "flare" TSB??

Im sure this has been asked a million times,as i have found ALOT of threads related to this,BUT,I havent found any answers as too what to do..Its an 2006 Solara V-6,it has the "flare" issue going on..We bought this car from a used car lot about a year ago..Trans fluid is not burnt smelling and is full,,can i take it to Toyota house and theyll reprogram it or what??What do I need to do??ANY advice would be GREATLY appreciated!!!
